Organic bakery in Bayeux High-quality breads and pastries. I highly recommend the raisin and hazelnut bread—it's amazing!!! The flaky brioche is worth the trip. Highly recommended!!!

I don't know the shop in Bayeux, but I discovered their stall at the Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue market. The person running the stall is very friendly. There's a chance to taste several products: organic flour, local ingredients used to make the products, milk from Saint-Lô, cream from Isigny. The flan is excellent, as are the breads. Every Saturday I try to discover a new product. See you soon! I recommend it. Thank you very much for reading and replying to my comment.

07/03/2026: The best pistachio custard tart I've ever tasted. A charming and delicately old-fashioned setting to complete the experience.
28/02/2026: A lovely little bakery and pastry shop in the heart of Bayeux's main shopping street! The window display is beautiful, and the pastries look tempting! The tea room is small with cramped seating; you have to be comfortable being close to your neighbors! The pastries themselves aren't particularly appealing, which is a shame. The croissant is very good, as is the pain aux raisins, even if it could use a little more pastry cream, and the pistachio Swiss bread is also good! I would recommend it for pastries...

14/02/2026: We ordered two Norman-style pizzas with a thin, very crispy crust, followed by a gourmet coffee and profiteroles for dessert.
27/01/2026: Fantastic restaurant! Warm welcome, lovely waitresses always smiling. The quality of the food is remarkable, with a large part of the menu made in-house. That's so rare these days, kudos to the whole team!
