Organic bakery in Bayeux High-quality breads and pastries. I highly recommend the raisin and hazelnut bread—it's amazing!!! The flaky brioche is worth the trip. Highly recommended!!!

I don't know the shop in Bayeux, but I discovered their stall at the Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue market. The person running the stall is very friendly. There's a chance to taste several products: organic flour, local ingredients used to make the products, milk from Saint-Lô, cream from Isigny. The flan is excellent, as are the breads.
