The building is beautiful but it has no space to eat and everything with stairs to the basement or the first floor

I hope the hierarchy sees this message. I would like to emphasize the professionalism and the impeccable service from manager Alexis like I have rarely seen. When you eat at McDonald's, you want to be safe and well served. I was served with a smile by this man and I was attacked by an unknown McDonald's customer. This manager Alexis accompanied me from start to finish until this McDonald left in order to join the police in order to be sure that I was not attacked by this crazy person. Given the time he was (1 a.m.) I would like to highlight his impeccable behavior from the discussion with the crazy customer who physically attacked me to his accompaniment in front of Mc Donald so that I am safe. I am a regular customer of Mc Donald and despite my mishap which shocked me...I specified to the hierarchy that this manager Alexis listened, he acted as a security guard and he gave a good image of the brand despite what made me arrived with two witnesses, two young men who defended me by protecting me from the blows of the crazy client. I hope that the hierarchy will see this message and congratulate him accordingly because his reaction to this situation which he managed perfectly was more than impeccable but EXEMPLARY. A THOUSAND THANKS TO ALEXIS 👏👏👏

Good quantity and for once in a McDonald's your fries are hot + the team is warm and attentive despite the Easter weekend rush. The only problem is that there is a lack of communication of information to customers who do not know the place -> there was no easel and we would have liked to at least be informed of it if only time to place the order. Bad the truth. Very dirty and with little accessibility for people who speak French. The “Spanish” menu is poorly translated. The potatoes are burnt and cold, although they serve you well. The truth is not worth it

Lots of machines to order from; in different languages. Some local specials make the prices not bad. Compared to how McDonald's operate in north america and even compared to the burger king across the street - staff here seem to work at a lax pace - no hussle

Tastes just like in Germany. We heard/read that McDonald's in France had better quality than ours. But we could have saved ourselves the visit - at least the food was good :) We ended up here while looking for a suitable branch. In reviews of other locations, the cleanliness, hygiene or the food itself were repeatedly criticized. We were partly worried because we saw guests in the hotel/tourist ship several times who did not wash their hands after using the toilet. If you don't like the sauce for the wedges when ordering, you can ask at the counter for extra ketchup instead. Went without any problems.

The service is fast but unfortunately there is an obvious lack of space, especially during peak hours.

Staff not very friendly, mistake on my drink. I had a fanta instead of coke😔

Il n'y a pas de chevalets lorsqu'on mange sur place.. On chercher partout pour finalement nous dire qu'il faut mettre le code 123 pour ensuite attendre au comptoir. Pas de service à table.. Lorsque vous prenez l'option du paiement en caisse, sachez que le monsieur qui vous encaisse ne sait pas dire bonjour mais il sait parfaitement tendre la main pour prendre votre argent... Monsieur on dit d'abord bonjour puis on encaisse les clients !
