A traditional Alsatian wine bar (Winstub) right in the heart of Obernai, with a truly authentic atmosphere. The traditional dishes are expertly prepared, cooked to perfection, and bursting with flavor. Highly recommended.

We had vol-au-vent: exceptional! Really delicious and a generous portion. The wines are a bit overpriced.

Excellent restaurant. My only complaint is the price of the wines, which is very high, but that's the case in almost every restaurant in Obernai. Otherwise, an excellent evening, generous portions, and very friendly service. Very good value for money. Highly recommended. Olivier Rouyer Bern

The meal was delicious... however, the waitresses were really unfriendly! It's a real shame... we figured they didn't care since 90% of their clientele are tourists... what a pity...

Excellent food in a beautiful setting. The only downside was the persistent rudeness of the entire dining room staff, which means we won't be returning. It's a real shame because we had a very good meal.

Disappointed. We were offered a table at 9 pm and served a four-course meal in an hour max. The food was very good, but we didn't even have time to drink an aperitif or finish our course before the next one arrived. A word of advice: don't offer a 9 pm table anymore. If you're just going to kick people out an hour and twenty minutes later, especially after taking your order and saying the kitchen is about to close!

A very good winstub, with lovely Alsatian decorations. A wide selection, excellent sauerkraut, and the kidneys were superb.

Les Remparts d'Obernai

28/08/2026: We had incredibly delicious food two days in a row, even, because we wanted to try other things on the menu. Super service too.
27/08/2026: We came to Obernai for the first time. We booked a table at the restaurant Les Remparts and received a very warm welcome. Our waitress was lovely! Above all, we had a delicious meal. Excellent value for money. I recommend to future visitors: stop by Les Remparts! You won't be disappointed!
