L'Osmose sur Obernai

We took the 4-course chef's menu, which was very fine, we all enjoyed our dishes and the wines were very good. On the other hand, I was disappointed by the poor reception of our questions (in fact we were not aware of the menu "discovery" system, and for health reasons, asked to know the dishes in advance proposed) because we were told, shortly after and in a rather unpleasant manner, "it's going to be complicated between us" as if our questions were inappropriate or rude. This leaves a bitter note for me, although we ate well. Furthermore, it could be good to specify on the website that the Chef's 4-course menu at €49 from Tuesday to Friday lunchtime is not offered on public holidays.

Very nice staff, pleasant atmosphere, very well executed dishes. When it came to the menu, we were missing some excitement and a few bold accents as well as vegetables.

This Saturday evening, it's the second who is in charge of the kitchen. Despite his young age, he has a great command of his subject. The meal was divine and the food and wine pairing was exceptional. It is certainly one of the best addresses in the region which will get people talking.

Curious about an experience in this place, she does not call for others. Accustomed to "gastro", the dishes imposed according to the chef's inspiration of the day bother me. The wines offered such as crémant and red wine were not to my taste (it is true that the tastes and the colors). On arrival, a bill that we found steep, for a midday meal and in an unfortunately noisy atmosphere.

Simply excellent! We were charmed by each of the dishes. What a pleasure to have the surprise of the menu. Menus adapted for two of us who did not eat fish. An explosion of flavors! The wine pairing was perfect. The team took great care of us and made this evening a more than pleasant moment. Thank you for everything.
