Warm welcome, delicious food, generous portions. Highly recommended.

The meal was excellent. I was a little disappointed not to be able to have carbonnade (only available on Thursdays by reservation), so we had Welsh rarebit and a Maroilles cheese tart instead. I came to introduce a foreign friend to the food and culture of Northern France, and she loved it. One small drawback: we were bothered by a rather inebriated customer who was quite pushy. I would gladly return; the welcome is very warm!

Delicious northern dishes, the eggs meurette are incredible. The Welsh rarebit is hearty and full of cheddar, just the way we like it. Well done on this wonderful meal.

Welsh rarebit, my friends! Anyway, it's delicious and they're friendly. Note that the lunch menu is different from the dinner menu! The Welsh rarebit isn't the same. Otherwise, nothing to complain about. I discovered Welsh rarebit here and I don't want to discover it anywhere else. Cheers!
