The Bouchon Lyonnais! A true institution, either once a year on a pilgrimage from Geneva as a team... or with friends or family... we come home exhausted, sit down, then forget everything, and come out reinvigorated from this magical place! Food Wines Ambiance the service the setting the atmosphere the soul the love the fresh the house! the address of epicureans! Bravo see cult!

Here, if we are not in perfection, we are not far from it
the owners and staff (waiters and cooks) are great

Warm welcome, friendly restaurant and above all... excellent Lyon classics in more than generous portions. Everything is good, delicious and plentiful. (And very obviously homemade!)

There are Lyon's special traditional delicacies here, including pig's feet, Lyon tripe (tablier de sapeur), and offal intestines (Andouillette), and the preparation is very delicious (not difficult to eat or fishy as legendary), and the waiters are very enthusiastic , and even talked to us about his Taiwanese friends and French pastry shops in Taiwan. If you want to try Lyon’s traditional dishes, don’t miss it.
