Spa Morning + Meal. Welcoming and smiling staff. Magnificent setting, quiet and very pleasant establishment. Spa varied and well appointed. A real place conducive to calm and relaxation. Meal : We are not with the residents. Space with buffet for fairly simple starters The dish was tasty. The dessert (soft pistachio) was sorely lacking in flavor. Fairly expeditious service. For this type of establishment, we were quite disappointed with the meal compared to what is done elsewhere. It was still a very beautiful morning.

Great food, super nice staff, always someone to help you, great spa area. I would have liked the room to have a terrace, unfortunately we didn't specify it when making the reservation, it seemed like all the rooms had a terrace, Drinks, wines are all great, but they can't do cocktails (too much ice, not well mixed and just too expensive for what it is

Big disappointment!!! I did not stay so I cannot comment on the rooms. My friends gave me a “gift voucher” for “lunch + spa afternoon”. I booked online easily. When I arrived today at noon, I was told that there was a supplement of €30 because it was Sunday 😡. Lunch was a slingshot: buffet starter, then 1 main course (fish or poultry), finally 1 compulsory dessert (verrine of white cheese + red fruits). Stressful meal with intrusive staff who set the pace! Where are the 4 stars? Regarding the spa, it is clean, pleasant but very far from the level of spas in Germany. In short, for 120€ (lunch + spa), sorry but it’s very expensive for the experience I had that day. I won't come back again.

We had booked a room this Wednesday 07/31 with access to the spa and a 5-course meal. We were made very welcome, the room was clean and comfortable. Our afternoon at the spa went perfectly, we were looking forward to the meal. HOWEVER, this was the result of our disappointment. We were expecting a gourmet meal only to find ourselves faced with poorly prepared plates, improper cooking and a catastrophic atmosphere. - The bread is not fresh. - Appetizer with the same bread as that offered. - “Mid-cooked” tuna cooked through and not snacked as advertised. - Dry poultry and uninteresting vegetables. - Hot, soft and oozing cheese. The sommelier who took care of the row at table 44: - Unacceptable behavior towards colleagues in front of customers. - Lies to our faces when we complain about cheese. - Disappears after our various complaints. About the chef: - We were greatly disturbed to hear him yelling at a waitress who brought him the dishes that we refused to eat. - Slight doubt about the freshness of the products given that my companion was sick within ten minutes of the last service. For a total bill of €532.80 we find it scandalous to leave so disappointed.

We stayed at the Hostellerie des Châteaux hotel and were very disappointed with our experience. The room allocated to us had a view of a concrete terrace and was a PRM room. When we asked for an explanation, we were told that this was the last room available in this category. Rather than upgrade us or not give it, they preferred to assign us this room. Additionally, the air conditioning did not work. We reported it before our dinner, and were assured someone would come and fix it. When we returned, nothing had been done, and we had to sleep in a room at 26 degrees. The next morning, upon reporting the problem again, we were told that the air conditioning was set for 10 degrees cooler than outside. Still, it certainly wasn't 36 degrees outside at night. To top it all off, the bread served at the restaurant seemed to be from the day before, and no customer took any of it. Overall our stay was very disappointing and we do not recommend this property.

Our brunch & spa day was incredible. The staff takes great care. The establishment is clean, well maintained and offers many services. We will return!
