The staff was attentive to customer complaints, and the hotel and restaurant were excellent, just right for a 4-star hotel. However, a coffee machine, tea kettle, and slippers for access to the spa were missing. The place is very quiet and clean, and the restaurant is highly recommended.

Fantastic stay. The service was excellent, and the staff very welcoming. You can see the four stars. But what impressed me most was the breakfast. A refrigerated room dedicated to juice machines and a fruit extractor, with fresh fruits and vegetables. Absolutely top-notch, and everything else was high quality. Open kitchen. Professional masseuse. A superb establishment; this is our second time here, and we'll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time at the "Day Spa." The spa's relaxing environment is beautifully decorated, with touches reminiscent of Roman times thanks to the columns and tiles. However, the activities also evoke Alsace with the different sauna themes: a pretzel-scented sauna where we were able to eat pretzels, a vineyard sauna, and a hayloft relaxation room. There are many activities, and I think it's best to stay for the whole day to try them all. Lunch was perfect. The room's decor was modern and fantastic. For starters, you can help yourself to the buffet, followed by a gourmet main course and dessert. The service is quick and friendly, and the staff is attentive to guests' needs. It was a very positive experience for us. I highly recommend it.

Because it's even more important to say when things are good, here's my review of the spa brunch at this establishment. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. Starting with the kindness of the reception staff upon our arrival, continuing with the restaurant staff, and not forgetting the spa team! I'm used to spending this kind of day at similar places, but this is the first time I've felt so comfortable. It was my second time at the hotel, and this time to introduce my partner to it for his birthday (we had to postpone our visit twice). To be perfectly honest, I was worried that the quality of the service might have declined since my first visit in 2021 after reading the reviews. But that's not the case at all; quite the opposite. The brunch buffet is still incredible, and the menu that follows is absolutely delicious. Once again, the staff were incredibly attentive, not at all intrusive, but responsive to each guest, even those just visiting for the day. The spa itself is beautiful, modern, and tastefully decorated. We had no trouble enjoying every sauna, jacuzzi, or relaxation area, and the water was at the perfect temperature. It wasn't crowded at all, and yet, from what I could see, reservations were closed for that Sunday, so there was a limited number of people allowed, which was very pleasant. It was an amazing day that allowed us to escape the everyday, and I wanted to thank all the staff once again for ensuring the well-being and upkeep of this place. Thank you for this haven of happiness.

Competent, attentive, and caring staff. Excellent facilities, with a lovely relaxation area including the spa and pools. Delicious breakfast. We will definitely return!

Perfect! Half-board package with overnight stay and spa access. The staff was very pleasant, and the meal was exquisite. The place offers comfort and relaxation! We had access to all the facilities, and there were very few people there when it opened in the morning. The facilities are very clean! A truly enjoyable experience! We highly recommend it!!

I give it a 10/5. Yes, this establishment is absolutely wonderful. We booked the "1001 Nights" package for two nights with half-board. The room was luxurious, the breakfast was worthy of a 4-star hotel—everything homemade and of high quality. As for the 3- and 5-course meals, they were simply marvelous. The food was high-quality and expertly prepared. All the staff are very attentive. Many of the young waitstaff are in training, I think, but they are all very enthusiastic, and it's a pleasure to see such dedicated young people. It's well worth the price. We will definitely be back.
