A wonderful discovery in Strasbourg. We enjoyed the set Christmas menu and everything was delicious, from the amuse-bouche to the dessert, and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend this restaurant.

This is an intimate and excellent restaurant that seeks to be refined and innovative and largely hits the mark. There were six of us and we sampled the full range of the menu and had a very enjoyable evening with excellent wines.

Very good gourmet restaurant. Be careful, only one dish. I gave it 4 stars because the menu on the website didn't match the menu on site. Fortunately, it suited me.

16/01/2026: Great restaurant right in the heart of Strasbourg. We were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were friendly and attentive throughout the meal. The atmosphere is lively, cozy, and very authentic. The menu offers a nice variety of traditional French dishes. We tried the choucroute Tire-Bouchon, which was really delicious, full of flavor, very authentic, and served in a generous portion. Definitely something you should try. We also had the escalope de volaille, which was good as well. Overall, a very good experience with great food and a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended!

23/02/2026: I had a wonderful time at this establishment. The service was excellent, quick, and the portions were very generous, and the flammekueche was superb. I highly recommend it.
21/02/2026: The sauerkraut with duck confit was excellent, as was the sauerkraut with caramelized pork. However, the wait was extremely long. An hour and forty minutes for an aperitif and then the sauerkraut was a very long time, especially in a touristy area where you want to enjoy exploring new places. The location was a bit chilly, so bring a warm sweater.
