After a great climb to the glaciers, a refreshing break is very welcome. Friendly staff, well-maintained grounds, and reasonable prices. I recommend it 😊.

The coffee with milk costs €4.50 and tastes quite burnt. The place is lovely; they say the pasta dishes are delicious, but I didn't try them.

Ideally located for starting numerous hikes. Large parking area, terrace, restrooms, and quick service. A beautiful little road leads there, and the arrival point is well worth the detour!

We just happened to walk past this place. But the location is great, and the atmosphere on the terrace looked nice, with the chef preparing grilled food there. I think we'll go back when we have more time to enjoy it.

We came for lunch. The service was excellent, the waiter was very pleasant and gave us great advice. The meal was generous, and a special mention goes to the blueberry tart; I don't usually like it, but this one was perfect. Well done to the chef!

Hotel Restaurant Engilberge

02/08/2026: I wasn't staying at the hotel; it was just to eat with friends. The meal was decent, but not up to restaurant standards. Luckily, there was trout, which was well-prepared (but very easy to make at home); the starter, side dish, and dessert were basic and uninspired. In short, a decent canteen.
12/07/2026: Small but nice rooms, welcoming and friendly service. Good breakfast with fresh bread and excellent homemade jams, eggs, and savory options. Amazing food: every dinner was a delight!
