A very friendly brasserie, the staff is just great and the theme evenings at the end of the week are ideal for unwinding. I highly recommend this establishment.

16/08/2024: Superb evening on the terrace at the Distillerie, restaurant at the Hôtel du Chais Monnet. Exceptional setting on the terrace or in the room. Good cooking, hearty dishes and very good desserts including a Cognac Baba! Staff present and very attentive. Without a false note for a very fair price given the setting and the quality of the products.

28/09/2024: Very nice piece of beef accompanied by homemade fries! The impeccable service even overflows! We had a great time there! Thanks to Maxime who was able to separate my digestive (diplomatic coffee) from my coffee
