The octopus in my pasta dish was old, the meat in my husband’s dish was cold on the inside. The pasta was overcooked. Wine was ok. The owner seemed sweet. I’ll try again sometime!

Sète was a stop on our road trip and we stumbled upon Le Gourmand when we were looking for dinner spots. The food was delicious. We had razor clams and scallops gratinée and both were prepared with super fresh ingredients. We had beef for main course and it was so comforting. The owners are so nice. They were really friendly and helpful when we struggled with our French. The owners made us feel at home. Highly recommend!

A very good experience! Although I was scalded in the afternoon, I limited myself to the octopus salad... What can I say, the cooking was perfect, and the seasoning too! The welcome was very good. Thank you, ladies, for your smile! And as for Mr. in the kitchen, thank you, it was very good! I also had a tiramisu: so good!!! Everything is homemade with fresh products! I recommend it without hesitation!
