A fabulous discovery in Sète ❤️❤️❤️
100% homemade cuisine, prepared with love, simplicity, and incredible flavor.
There were five of us, and we each ordered a "hot air balloon from the sea," their current specialty—a pure delight!
The desserts are also homemade, which is rare, and we thoroughly enjoyed them. We were welcomed like family, and had a wonderful evening 🥰🥰
We will definitely be back!

For our team meal
A top-notch welcome, a truly authentic restaurant run by real professionals! Just the way we like them. An assortment of extraordinary starters: excellent octopus carpatio, razor clams with garlic and parsley, small scallops, thieves, deviled eggs with crab, and verrines of octopus salad, all made with fresh ingredients. The chef is fantastic and also very friendly, as is his wife, who provides exceptional service—a truly lovely person. The Sète-style rouille served as a main course with spaghetti was superb.
I highly recommend it and would love to return with my family. Well done, don't change a thing!

Back at this restaurant. The same cuisine, the same service. Authentic and honest cooking. You can tell the chef puts his heart and soul into preparing your plate, working with high-quality, top-quality ingredients. The result is dishes that delight the palate.
The couple complements each other perfectly. The wife works in the dining room and her husband in the kitchen. Everything is homemade, from appetizers to desserts. A very warm, genuine, and friendly welcome, without any fuss. Nothing better to make you feel right at home. The chef comes to greet you to get your feedback and helps his wife with the service.
We had tried three appetizers and an assortment of fish as a main course and finished the meal with a Tropezienne tart.
Everything was delicious!
This time we ordered razor clams, octopus salad, octopus carpaccio, and a hot air balloon. The octopus salad was excellent, as was the "hot air balloon," a seafood soup in a flavorful and delicious broth, topped with puff pastry to steam and retain all the flavors. A real treat!
Just one small drawback: a little too much vinaigrette on the octopus carpaccio, in my opinion.
Definitely worth trying!

A real gem!
What a wonderful discovery! Authentic, home-style cooking, simple yet so delicious… I never thought I'd be able to say that about a restaurant in Sète, but now I have!

The octopus in my pasta dish was old, the meat in my husband’s dish was cold on the inside. The pasta was overcooked. Wine was ok. The owner seemed sweet. I’ll try again sometime!
