We had a wonderful culinary experience.
Special mention goes to the halibut steak with asparagus and the pollack with Champagne sausage. Very daring combinations that paid off.

We arrived on April 4th. There were a few minor misunderstandings. The staff wasn't up to standard. They need to relearn the basics of service and sommelier knowledge. Serving champagne without offering a taste, disappearing with the bottle, and bringing the glasses to the table was a bit lacking for the expected level of service.
Otherwise, the food was perfectly fine.

This restaurant is magnificent, the food is excellent, and the waiter was very good. The young apprentice managed to surprise us with only seven months of training. I recommend you go!

We've had the pleasure of dining at this charming restaurant on several occasions, where the welcome is always warm, and the verdict is clear: everything is impeccable. A wonderful experience on our first evening at L’Archestrate. We received a very warm welcome and helpful advice from the two waitresses. The place is cozy and rather unique. We'll be back to try next season's menu!

For me, the best restaurant in Saint-Dizier...everything was perfect, nothing to complain about...a menu that changes regularly and delicious dishes you don't find in regular restaurants anymore...a wonderful journey through all these flavors with a few surprise gifts as appetizers and desserts...we'll definitely be back... The pancake with its hot chocolate in a separate little container was delicious...

The food was excellent, no complaints there. However, it was cold, and the young waiter seemed completely inexperienced. He left without clearing our table, and when we asked for coffee, it was too late because the only remaining staff member wasn't authorized to serve coffee or a digestif. A shame for a restaurant of this caliber. Considering the price, we expected better service.

The cuisine is refined and delicate, offering a variety of flavors. Beautiful presentation. A cozy and pleasant atmosphere. The salmon charlotte was exquisite, and the lemon/avocado dessert was a delightful surprise.
