Excellent, attentive service, even in English. The food was divine. We'll be back! This just goes to show how worthwhile it is to venture a little further and not go straight to the overcrowded restaurants with poor value for money just because of the sea view.

24/09/2026: So, Ras, that's all well and good, but you absolutely have to tell the chef or the sauce chef that beurre blanc isn't... well, what they're serving! A good reduction of shallots, white wine, vinegar, and then you finish with butter, guys... not this tasteless sauce that's lukewarm to boot! It's a basic principle in cooking... and if anything else, you don't walk around with a platter of fish at room temperature throughout the entire service... I doubt the freshness of the fish even if it's been rinsed with water and covered with a cloth! A simple thing to implement...
21/09/2026: A very good restaurant with excellent service. We dined with our feet in the sand (reservations required), then chose the catch of the day. A platter is brought to you from which you select your fish, and then the price is determined by the pouf. Everything else was truly excellent, with top-notch service. Of course, it comes at a price, but it's worth it.

07/09/2026: A very pleasant restaurant in the old town with Corsican specialties. I recommend the Corsican veal tianu, either with zucchini fritters or pasta, or the cannelloni stuffed with broccoli. The food is homemade using only fresh products bought every morning by the owner, Clémentine, who is very kind and hardworking.
06/09/2026: Impeccable in every way! Top-notch service and flavors.
