So, Ras, that's all well and good, but you absolutely have to tell the chef or the sauce chef that beurre blanc isn't... well, what they're serving! A good reduction of shallots, white wine, vinegar, and then you finish with butter, guys... not this tasteless sauce that's lukewarm to boot! It's a basic principle in cooking... and if anything else, you don't walk around with a platter of fish at room temperature throughout the entire service... I doubt the freshness of the fish even if it's been rinsed with water and covered with a cloth! A simple thing to implement...

A very good restaurant with excellent service. We dined with our feet in the sand (reservations required), then chose the catch of the day. A platter is brought to you from which you select your fish, and then the price is determined by the pouf. Everything else was truly excellent, with top-notch service. Of course, it comes at a price, but it's worth it.

EXCELLENT! Excellent fresh fish, excellent starters, excellent desserts, attentive and incredibly friendly staff. Absolutely nothing to complain about! I'm still looking for a flaw... go without hesitation! And very reasonable prices!

A wonderful day at A Siesta! We had the pleasure of spending the day relaxing on the sun loungers, enjoying lunch with excellent fresh fish, and returning in the evening for dinner.
A very pleasant setting, friendly and welcoming service, and a truly convivial atmosphere. A great place to make the most of the day and extend the pleasure with a delicious dinner. We loved it!

We had dinner at this restaurant and it's truly amazing! Right on the beach with a breathtaking view.
The waiters are really kind and the service is impeccable.
The food is excellent considering they use only fresh fish.
