We came for lunch today with our slightly timid dog. The waitress was very respectful and attentive to us and our furry friend. The restaurant is very good and offers excellent value for money. Thank you very much!

A quick lunch break at this restaurant in Saint Gilles Croix de Vie. The terrace was quite busy, but the service was efficient and standard. A whole grilled sea bream at a reasonable price. An unpretentious restaurant with a bar, a real social hub and very pleasant for its many regulars. Sorry about the photo, I'd already eaten a bit of the fish…

We had reserved a table for 11 people this Sunday at lunchtime and were seated right in front of the bar. It was extremely noisy with drinks being clinked, trays being thrown onto the bar, and the music being played loudly; we couldn't hear ourselves speak. We asked for the music to be turned down and were made to feel like we were disturbing them. Aside from that, there was a wide selection on the menu. According to reviews, the octopus and fish were delicious, while the pizzas and croque monsieur weren't very popular. The children's menu was generous. In short, you're mainly paying for the location, and at the beginning of September, it's clear that the season is over...

13/07/2026: Great bakery, very friendly 👍 A big thank you to the owner who is wonderful
23/06/2026: One of the best croissants I've had (I do like them soft and squishy rather than crispy, so it's a matter of taste). The jambon emmental sandwich was great too, and I ate both of these after 9PM so they held up well.
