One of the best croissants I've had (I do like them soft and squishy rather than crispy, so it's a matter of taste). The jambon emmental sandwich was great too, and I ate both of these after 9PM so they held up well.

02/07/2026: The haute couture of pastry and chocolate making. Fred and Fred form Fred's to offer us works of art ready to be savored. A delight!
16/06/2026: We stopped by this morning. We were disappointed by the distant, cold welcome from the saleswoman! She didn't even wait for us to leave before turning her back on us. It's a shame, our dessert was good.
