A remarkable renovation of a beautiful historic building from the 18th-19th century: rare! Commons in freestone, well-sized bedroom perfectly furnished with built-in wardrobe, bathroom with Italian shower, separate WC, espresso machine, etc. Well done !

hôtel parfaitement situé en plein cœur de la ville et à 5 minutes du très beau château d'Azay le rideau . Les personnes qui gèrent cet hôtel sont très agréables et d'une grande gentillesse. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

24/03/2024: After visiting the Château d Azay, arrived by chance at this wine bar restaurant. Simple but good dishes and a selection of wines 🍷 to match. Friendly and empathetic server. I recommend !
13/03/2024: The establishment is nestled in the very center of Azay where we find quality local dishes. The products (cheeses/charcuterie) on the boards are excellent and fresh. But what we appreciate above all is the quality of the advice and recommendations of the waiter/oenologist who knows the origin of his menu very well. It is a pleasure to discuss grape varieties with him and goes so far as to tell us little anecdotes from certain areas. We highly recommend.

03/04/2024: We ate very well and the waiters were friendly, but I was disappointed with the bill at the end. We have ordered, among many other things, a menu and instead of charging us the menu price they have charged us separately. For one euro more I'm not going anywhere, but it's been ugly.
12/03/2024: Very nice little restaurant. Very warm welcome, A lovely setting on a quiet little square, car-free. We were lucky enough to have a beautiful day in February and were able to enjoy the sunny terrace with a view of the 11th century Saint-Symphorien church. Excellent meal, regional products, home cooking and very reasonable prices. A great discovery!
