Le Grand Pre sur Morzine

As always, the perfect summer lunch. Quick, friendly service and by far the best beignets (local version of rosti) in the mountains. The owner/chef, Jean-Roger has his own secret recipe and they're to die for - light, crisp and melt in your mouth. Generous servings and beautifully presented. I've been coming here for five years and have never had a bad meal. The menu changes in the ski season and I'm already looking forward to coming back in December for my anchovy pizza.
