We came for Sunday brunch, which was quite basic, and it's a shame it wasn't replenished more often given how busy it was. Otherwise, the food was tasty.

A minimalist brunch, it does the job as a buffet but is definitely not as good as Tribe (also part of the Accor group) near us. It lacks basics like cereal and fresh milk. However, the seating is comfortable and there are coloring books and other tall items available. Reduced price for children, free for children under 4.

09/05/2026: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Annecy. The welcome was particularly outstanding: we were in a difficult situation after forgetting our keys, and the staff demonstrated great professionalism and genuine kindness. The staff were very accommodating and attentive, which greatly helped and reassured us. The hotel is also very well located and pleasant. A big thank you for this warm and personal welcome; we highly recommend this establishment!
