The staff were great, smiling and welcoming, which makes up for the poor quality of the food. The ingredients were low-end and poorly prepared; it's just not a great bistro. It's perfect for a drink, but average for a meal. That doesn't detract from the friendliness of all the staff, though—keep smiling! :)

Very pleasant, simple but very good cuisine. The restaurant is beautiful, tastefully decorated, and above all, quiet – we could actually hear each other talk.

Really friendly staff. Great food no nonsense traditional French bar menu. Generous portions excellent value. Came in for a beer, stayed for dinner, glad we did.
