Le jardin des gourmandises sur Verneuil-Sur-Avre

A very kind little bakery with pastries and macarons, I think it's a family business. The two ladies at the counter are very cute and friendly, they were considerate with me since my french is not very good/very basic. They both only speak french. We had pastries, a quiche lorraine, some eclairs and a panini. The paninis, Quiche lorraine and some other stuff can be warmed. Everything is delicious, reasonably priced and good quality.

Very good breakfast. And the pain au chocolat was very good.

Just great! Friendly saleswoman, I had an absolutely delicious Emmental ham sandwich, fresh bread, quality ham and a huge choice of roast beef, roast chicken, etc. Really great!

It's delicious. Both savory and sweet. Unfortunately, I don't live nearby, but I go there whenever I can. Some people say "industrial products"...??? On the contrary, you can tell it's very fresh and homemade.

Pleasant and functional bakery en route because it’s an easy pull over.

I didn't understand why the line was so long outside... I figured it out after tasting a sandwich and a lemon tartlet (well, without the meringue). The quality of the products unfortunately doesn't make up for the welcome. Note the (discreet) parking for customers - to the right 👍

Everything is delicious. Warm welcome. Parking is very easy next to or across the street. A pleasant stop between Dreux and L'Aigle.
