Pascal Noppe sur Chantilly

06/09/2026: I wanted to echo other reviewers, for being Michelin listed, I was expecting to be absolutely blown away by the food, but it was just alright. We stopped in early September and tried the carpaccio, meat pie and tomato burrata. All of the food has some solid flavors that worked well together, but nothing on the main course menu jumped out. If you are in the town of Chantilly and it’s the only restaurant open, I’d stop by. Outside of that, stop elsewhere.

06/09/2026: Ideally located, directly opposite the Great Stables and near the Chantilly Estate, Le Jardin d’Hiver at the Auberge du Jeu de Paume boasts a prime location. We came for lunch, after a quick stop at the hotel bar. The setting is elegant, charming, and relaxing: you truly feel transported to another world. As for the restaurant, the service is impeccable, and the menu immediately makes you want to try everything. We had a wonderful time from start to finish. Special mention for the ice cream bar with Chantilly cream… of course! 😉
