A true gem! If I could, I'd eat at this Vietnamese restaurant every day. The dishes are absolutely delicious, prepared with high-quality ingredients and great care. Every plate is a real treat. The owner is remarkably professional: always responsive, attentive, and very welcoming. You truly feel welcome every time you visit. Being from the area, we know all the best places, and for us, there's no hesitation: this is by far the best restaurant in Embrun. The service is quick, the prices are very reasonable, and we never have to wait long to be served. A little touch we love: the complimentary shrimp chips with your aperitif! The setting is pleasant, and the atmosphere is always warm. In short, it's always a great pleasure to go there. A place I wholeheartedly recommend!
