There was a very tasty lunch with bourguignon. The establishment is simple, but it had the most important thing - delicious food and hospitable hosts :)

Very good cosy local restaurant. We visited on a Saturday so no menu du jour so we chose from the a la carte. Lovely good, freshly created and well presented. Service was welcoming and friendly. We will try soon on a weekday. Recommended.

De passage dans cette ville de Foix, nous nous sommes poses dans ce petit resto Néanmoins fort sympatique avec un choix très interressant des produits de qualité surtout très bien préparés, bref une très bonne surprise,....

18/12/2024: It’s our favorite romantic restaurant. The service is top notch, we always have a very warm welcome, touches of humor during the meal, and knowledge of their menu and their wines without the slightest hesitation. A place where you eat fresh, quality products but above all very good ones! In short, we love coming and coming back.

30/09/2024: A very warm welcome, excellent bedding, a large wardrobe to store your clothes and a beautiful bathroom, toilet, the whole is very clean, a relaxing rear view of Ariège and a good quality breakfast. A large public car park about 400m away (rates may be excessive and payment varies) with good restaurants nearby for all tastes. Thanks again to the young girl at reception for her kindness and professionalism.
29/09/2024: Very nice address to stay in the beautiful town of Foix. The hotel is perfectly located, its quality services. Spacious and comfortable room. Breakfast is generous and pleasantly served on the veranda overlooking the Ariège. Attentive staff, friendliness and a very warm welcome. A family atmosphere. Recommended without hesitation
