Did a road trip to Foix and enjoyed lunch here. The veggi risotto was amazing, the atmosphere was warm and the staff were friendly.

We arrived at the Jeu de l'Oie a bit by chance and we were not disappointed!
Quality cuisine, friendly welcome, pleasant atmosphere.
If we return to Foix, there is a good chance we will stop there again. And this time it won’t be by chance 😉
Above all, do not focus on the particularly negative opinion which dates back several years, they are no longer the same owners.

My wife and I had a wonderful meal at Le Jeu de l’Oie. The food was delicious and the service very friendly. We would not hesitate to recommend. :-)

Friendly restaurant where it is best to book in high season. Chatting with the waitress, I learned that it is a family business that highlights local products.
As for the menus, those for children are careful, delicious and plentiful. From the menu, we had the Gers salad and the chicken burger, accompanied by a very good St Guilhem red wine, which I recommend.
For dessert, we enjoyed a profiterole and a brioche, both very delicious.
Be careful, don't trust old Google reviews and photos, because the map has changed a lot.
Very good value for money.
I highly recommend!”

A part l'entrée qui était du foie gras, le plat n'était pas à la hauteur du prix . La viande était dur, on aurai même plus croire qu'elle venait d'un super marché. Je suis déçu.

Pas beaucoup de tables et une carte courte. Les assiettes sont joliment présentées, copieuses et excellentes. Un service sympathique, endroit parfait pour passer sa soirée à Foix
