A Foix institution. The food is always perfect, the waiter is top-notch. The atmosphere is cozy and could perhaps use a little more light, but the experience is definitely worth having!

We chose this restaurant by chance as ee were looking for somewhere to eat. The €26.50 menu seemed reasonable. There were tables free and in the shade. We were delighted by the good that appeared, exceeding our expectations for quality and amount for meal at that price, especially the shredded duck in a film pastry wrap.
Very friendly service . The English translations sometimes confused us. The dessert "Grandma's earbuds" turned out to be a delightful cream, strawberry and vanilla sandwich in flaky pastry sheets with a sharp raspberry sauce. Good house wine also

The restaurant is well located, the service is decent, and the decor is nice. However, avoid the veal kidneys because "whole" doesn't mean "unprepared" (the kidney sphincter isn't removed) and "pink" doesn't mean "raw." They should be removed from the menu if the preparation isn't improved. It's a shame, because the other dishes my companions had (shredded duck and confit suckling pig) were good.
