If you're not hungry, keep walking; if you don't like hearty, flavorful country food, don't even look at the menu. If you're looking for a soulless, bland restaurant, don't go in. In short, if you want to go to McDonald's, go ahead and don't upset this owner and his fantastic team!

Lunch for two outdoors. Quick and attentive service. The set menu was excellent value for money, around €45 for two. Attentive staff and a very well-maintained restaurant. I highly recommend it; it's an excellent place to eat in Foix.

Typical French restaurant with delicious local dishes.
The starter with smoked and cold Foie Gras is the best thing I have eaten.
The menu was of high quality.
Both indoor and outdoor dining options available.
Service super friendly.

Went to eat here based on the reviews. We didn't have a reservation and arrived at 7:35 PM. Luckily, we were just able to get a table. Very friendly service. We took the chef's recommendation and ordered the Côte de boeuf (500 grams). That is a really big piece of meat. It is served on a hot plate and flambéed at the table. Had a really delicious meal. However, we ordered the Côte de boeuf À point and received Raignant. Still tasty.

Always a pleasure to come here. This is THE place in Foix that I recommend to everyone I know, and I always return whenever I'm in town. No inspiration? No worries, the Ariegois burger will delight your taste buds, and you won't find it anywhere else!
