A true gem in the region! The chef is passionate, and it shows in every dish! He updates his menu daily, offering highly original creations that play with textures and flavors, making for an incredibly exquisite experience. The setting is a blend of refined and welcoming. The service is equally impressive, as the chef's wife provides highly professional service, but again, the warm atmosphere is never neglected. Here, class is also on the plate, but true class, not the kind that borders on the merely fancy. We highly recommend this culinary paradise where you feel warmly welcomed.

A wonderful day of discovery. Firstly, the gorgeous town of Senlis. Then, the Menu Decouverte at Le Julianon. Wow! Shall be back to re-discover both the town and the restaurant.

This was one of the most pleasant and interesting meals we have had. We had the Menu Decouverte, and asked for wines to be paired with the courses. Each course was well conceived and executed, presented with elegance but not hubris or drama. Seasonal vegetables were thoughtfully prepared. The wines were all good examples of their appellation, and matched well with the courses. If we lived in Senlis we would try to visit once every season.
