We had a wonderful time together, just the girls.
We laughed and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The meat was delicious, and the aligot was the best I've had in ages.
The servers were fantastic, attentive, and very friendly.
A truly memorable experience for all of us.

The service and food are always excellent, and the setting is very pleasant with a view of the bandstand and the park. In my opinion, it's the best place to eat in Rodez.

What can I say... Simply perfect! The service was impeccable and attentive. A dynamic and friendly team.
The dishes were visually stunning, appetizing, and delicious!
A lovely spot overlooking the park—a real treat!

Honestly, what more could you ask for? Good, generous portions, quick but not pushy service, and inexpensive. All the hallmarks of a good restaurant. A great find in Rodez.

Fantastic restaurant! 😍 We had a wonderful time at Colibri for our hen party. The place is beautiful, the food was excellent, and the service was top-notch! The servers were very attentive and made our meal easier for all our dietary needs (alcohol-free, gluten-free, pregnant, etc.).
