Le Lido Plage Calvi sur Calvi

Fantastic! A wonderful day spent at the Lido, extremely comfortable, and a very good lunch there. The staff were very friendly, I highly recommend it!

Yes, it's perhaps a little snobbish here. It's a bit more expensive than the beach restaurants on either side. That attracts a certain clientele. The ambiance, however, is truly lovely. We were here during peak hours and this was the only place we could get a table. Our meal was very generous and delicious. The service wasn't effusive, but it was friendly and quick. Pizza and pasta for four people, plus a drink each (Aperol or lemon juice), for a total of €130 isn't exactly cheap. We would come back, just not every day 😊

We appreciated the welcome, the waitress's smile, the generous portions, the music (it's important to mention this) and...the location of course!!!

Although the prices are above average, the generous portions, high quality, and the view more than justify the cost. Plus, the service is friendly. I highly recommend it. And if you enjoy fresh fish, this is the perfect opportunity to try it.

A peaceful and quiet place, a pleasant and comfortable private beach, very good food and friendly service.

We had a table almost entirely to ourselves for our birthday celebration on July 13, 2026... The location, the decor, the ambiance, and the fresh fish offerings (our choice: two magnificent John Dory) completely won us over. The fish was cooked to perfection; it was a real treat. The bill for four was quite reasonable, especially since the friendly owner had been upfront about the price from the start. This is rare enough to be worth mentioning. He presented us with a selection of fresh, locally caught fish: sole, sea bream, John Dory... only mentioning the weight as a last resort, as he prioritized the bill over the actual quantity. We knew the price of the dish in advance, which is very honest—even if, in reality, that's exactly how it should be in all restaurants :D. Besides the perfectly cooked fish, the presentation and service were equally excellent. A restaurant to remember! €250 in total, without any alcohol... Calvi 2026. The sea, the sound of the waves, and we were in top form to celebrate this anniversary.
