A truly lovely spot, with a very comfortable sunbathing area and charming little straw parasols. Excellent service, friendly and attentive staff. We also thoroughly enjoyed the food. A great place in Calvi to fully enjoy the beach. ☀️🌊

Having been there several times, I can say the food is very good, and both the exterior and interior settings are very pretty. It's a shame that the welcome from most (not all!) of the waitresses is unpleasant and very cold!

I was quoted 40€ for a beach lounger for the day, which was double the price of the place just down the beach. Th set up does not allow you to move around at all, so much of the time you may be in direct sun. The gentlemen on Tuesday was very polite when he took my reservation. The lady on Thursday morning questioned several times if I even had a reservation, and certainly was no welcoming.

What a wonderful location! Opposite the citadel. The staff are lovely. The food is perfect. The seafood and meat dishes are a delight. If you're stopping in Calvi, don't miss it!

My husband and I stayed in Calvi for about a week, and this restaurant is right on Calvi beach. The atmosphere is wonderful, eating right by the sea. The restaurant is well-maintained both inside and out, with truly exceptional service. I've read reviews that the owner is rude, but I assure you, she's not! She's very kind, helpful, and super friendly! I'd also like to especially thank one of the waitresses who welcomed us for two lunches and one dinner (we loved the place so much we returned several times). She's a kind young woman who loves her job, and she even recommended local attractions. They speak perfect Italian. As for the food, we tried several dishes: Rigatoni with tomato sauce and burrata stracciatella (delicious!! Simple and made with excellent quality ingredients, pasta al dente) Spaghetti with clams, which my husband really enjoyed. Two Caesar salads (the chicken was excellent). A pizza regina, where the mushroom flavor was truly delicious, and a Milanese with a side dish. The Milanese cutlet was tender and not at all greasy! The ingredients are incredibly fresh, and the place is always busy; they serve both lunch and dinner. Thank you for everything; it was truly a pleasure meeting you!
