It's always nice to go there, and the staff are very friendly and professional, except for the old guy with short hair and glasses who's always very grumpy and barely polite—unbearable. Otherwise, you often have to wait a very long time to get paid, which is quite unpleasant. The staff isn't always up to Hector's standards, and it doesn't necessarily make you want to go back.

A very warm and professional welcome. A wonderfully friendly atmosphere. The food is excellent, and the terrace seating is a real plus (especially within the walled city of Saint-Malo). A truly delightful experience!

Excellent restaurant!!
Warm atmosphere, excellent cuisine with fresh, high-quality ingredients, beautiful presentation. Nothing to complain about from beginning to end.
And we were lucky enough to have a bagad (Breton pipe band) play during our meal—what an atmosphere!

Great restaurant, a varied and enticing menu.
Very good time - Service needs improvement, it's a 3.5 out of 5. A smile is a small price to pay, especially considering the price of the dishes. Check me out next time.

Very warm welcome and excellent food.
We enjoyed our meal (the chicken sauce and fries were superb).
The only slight drawback was that we were seated inside and it was noisy (the bar and kitchen are in a small space).

We had dinner tonight at this restaurant, located at the entrance to the ramparts of Saint-Malo, and it was a very pleasant surprise!
At first glance, you might think it's a tourist trap, but it's quite the opposite. The welcome was warm and friendly, both for the adults and our two children. The Cancale oysters were excellent, as was the bread with its butter. The octopus, whether in a salad or served hot, is a real treat. The crêpes for dessert are also delicious, and the children's menu is very good.
We were also lucky enough to enjoy a fantastic atmosphere thanks to a group of musicians who were passing through and really got the restaurant going.
In short, an excellent place with prices that are perfectly reasonable considering the quality of the food and service. We'll be back tomorrow!

This is certainly not a cheap restaurant!
However, they have a great selection of fish and meat dishes. It's right in the city center, so it's a bit bustling. We were particularly impressed with the meat dishes, and the service was exceptionally friendly. Reservations are highly recommended.
