Le Loco Loco sur Villefranche-Sur-Mer

22/09/2024: The food was excellent, no complaints there, but the attitude of one of the waitresses really ruined our experience. Reading the comments below, I realize that I am not the only one who found his behavior very unpleasant. Maybe it's time for her to question herself. You seem like a very bitter woman, and having such an attitude towards customers who arrive a few minutes late is not the end of the world. It's important to understand that most of your customers are tourists and we are not local, so it may have taken us a while to find the restaurant. Additionally, this is one of the few restaurants I have seen refuse to accommodate a baby. According to her, I should have specified in my reservation that there would be a baby. I didn't know that a 4 month old baby needed a special mention, especially since she doesn't eat anything. She made a big deal about the stroller. She was just trying to get into conflict with us and make a big deal out of everything. When my mother suggested that she remove a chair so we could place the stroller, she didn't know what to say because she had no intention of accommodating us or finding a solution. As new parents, it has become rare for us to be able to go out to restaurants. This was one of the first times we allowed ourselves to do this, and I appreciate you ruining our experience just because you were frustrated with us being late.

17/09/2024: We had made a reservation well in advance but were seated at the top of a line of steps with a lot of non-diners at our shoulders as we ate. Our main course was very slow, we found out later that our server had slipped & dropped our plates, but would've been better to be made aware of this sooner rather than waiting & wondering. There were a number of tables between us & where the servers exited the restaurant & started up the steps so it seemed each time anyone came to us it was because no other table needed anything! The food was really good though & the staff really nice, maybe they were just over stretched that night so happy to give benefit of the doubt
