LE LOUIS XIII sur Rungis

Un très bon accueil. Le repas était délicieux, de l’entrée au dessert. C’est rare que je trouve des plats aussi bons & bien assaisonnés. Le carpaccio de tomates était incroyable & le tartare de bœuf était exquis. Je ne peux que recommander ce restaurant.

Nous étions 7 convives et heureux de nous retrouver en famille dans cet excellent restaurant idéalement situé au plein coeur de ce qui avait été le village de Rungis et maintenant une superbe petite ville résidentielle. Nous avons apprécié un accueil souriant et avenant et un repas alliant l'originalité à la qualité des plats. Nous reviendrons certainement au Louis XIII et recommandons chaudement ce restaurant. Petits plus : Accès facile, parking aisé et gratuit.

In terms of culinary quality and service, nothing to complain about, it was excellent (special mention to the waitress who took the initiative to remove the peanuts from my dessert). But on the other hand, the dishes are really not that good for value for money. I ordered a "prawn skewer", and six tiny prawns that look exactly like shrimp. They look big in the photo and when you see them on the plate, but as soon as you peel them you realize the deception. And it's not the unfortunate 100g of pasta that you have to imagine getting full.

Restaurant in the heart of Rungis town, with veranda. Attentive service and good speed. Diversity of dish which becomes more complex with different supplements. The basic price of the menu is not very limited in itself: even the dishes and desserts of the day are subject to supplement. This results in an average basket which can turn out to be high for a midday

I'm more for a 3.5 but we'll be nice. We went there one afternoon to eat quickly between two visits, and we asked for fast service which was respected, thank you very much for that. The waitress was friendly and friendly, and the setting was really great (apart from the sun which was beating down hard due to the broken blind), but that can happen without any problem. As for the food, I was a little more disappointed, I took a burger which was still quite expensive, and I ended up with a steak and cheese that was not incredible in terms of taste, but especially burger bread that found in supermarkets? I found it unworthy of a restaurant to serve that.. even a backgammon bread which was a little more restaurant-style would have been better.. In short, I was really disappointed at that level. However, I recommend it for the location, and perhaps the other dishes served are better. If my opinion and my photos helped you, don't hesitate to leave a like 👍
