Le Loup Blanc sur Saint-Chaffrey

New team at Loup Blanc. Everything was perfect. We will come back this winter.

Perfect welcome and environment, we were pleasantly surprised by the change of owner. Successful closing evening of the season, generous raclette, cooked duck breast served with finally some originality in vegetables and sauce. I recommend this establishment.

Very limited summer menu compared to the winter one, 5/6 dishes no more. The small waiter with a few mustaches was very rude, I would say inexperience. Luckily the owner made amends a little. In the many years that I have been coming here, my first less than positive experience. Always a very nice environment

We had the pleasure of dining here three consecutive evenings, and it was flawless in every way. Every dish, from starter to dessert, is exquisite. The team is great, takes great care of the customers, the atmosphere is super warm. I highly recommend this establishment.

We returned to Le Loup Blanc as a family at the beginning of August to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We had already gone there for skiing and had tested a good part of the classic winter menu (fondue, raclette, charcuterie, etc.), simple and effective. But what was our surprise when we discovered the summer menu put in place by the new Management (resumed in June)! Gazpacho, 3 tomato salad, Ceviche, Vegetables with green curry, semi-cooked tuna... wow!! There is something for everyone and it is both a festival for the eyes and for the taste buds. The new boss is making a big splash and was able to quickly impose his style. The team is young, friendly, available, we have fun... what more could you ask for? Go back of course! What we did the day after to say a last goodbye to our mountains ;-)

Change of owner, change of atmosphere, change of menu, fear of being disappointed……. In the end, a nice table, the service is there (a little speedy even because we like communication)... lack of generosity on certain dishes but very good To taste again

Il locale è molto bello, questo probabilmente attira a livello di forma ma la sostanza non è all’altezza. Il menù è veramente scarno, non ci sono contorni (verdure assenti), solo qualche antipasto e 5-6 piatti principali. Ma il problema più grande è il servizio: ragazzi non preparati, forse volenterosi ma disorganizzati e non in grado di gestire il servizio.

En plein cœur de St Chaffrey en bas des pistes le restaurant est décoré de manière traditionnelle tout en bois. L’accueil est chaleureux. Le personnel sympathique et professionnel. Le restaurant n’est pas très grand en superficie quelques tables. Toute l’attention est portée sur les plats. La présentation, les odeurs, les couleurs, les saveurs c’est carrément intolérable de ne rien laisser dans l’assiette. On ne peut pas s’empêcher de vouloir en redemander. Une vraie distraction pour le palais. La meilleure des punitions pour son estomac. Une soirée où l’on se sent incapable de quitter sa chaise. Un soin complet du corps de gastronomie. .
