A place to remember! We came as a group and had a very pleasant time enjoying dinner on the terrace. The menu is well-crafted, with a variety of dishes that can satisfy even the most discerning palates. Our plates all came back empty, and what can I say about the desserts... Go ahead and try them, you won't be disappointed! The terrace in the late afternoon is an experience not to be missed 😎

Excellent, homemade cuisine. The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable about the dishes and their ingredients. The Iberian cured ham is incredibly delicious and served in a generous portion—you'll want to eat it with your fingers! The shrimp, prepared in their own unique way, are also amazing, as are the ravioli in their soup (fantastic!). Highly recommended, as is their Savoyard fondue (brilliant!).

A warm and inviting place, with meals served on the terrace offering beautiful mountain views. The waitresses and waitresses were very pleasant and friendly, providing excellent service. We had the raw milk raclette, which was superb. We highly recommend this place.

So typical with a warm decor atmosphere, we had a raclette for 3, the quantity and quality of the products were perfect (no room left for dessert 😭).

A fantastic mountain restaurant with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The dishes are original and delicious; you can tell the chefs enjoy themselves, and it shows. All served by friendly, attentive staff, creating a wonderful ambiance. We'll be back!

24/08/2026: Great experience! I had a truly delicious tomahawk, well-prepared and accompanied by an excellent sauce. To finish, the blueberry pie was a must-try. The owner is definitely an added bonus: very kind, attentive, and helpful. She also speaks Italian and made me feel at ease right away. Attentive service, a pleasant atmosphere, and excellent cuisine. Highly recommended, I'd gladly return!
22/08/2026: We went there last night to end our stay. On the menu: mountain burger, duck breast with blueberries, fondue, raclette, and "donkey ears" (a type of pastry). Everything was absolutely delicious. The raclette and fondue are served for one person, which I think is fantastic because most restaurants only offer these dishes for two or more. The desserts not only looked amazing but were also perfect. Not to mention the impeccable service from the waitress, who was incredibly attentive, welcoming, kind, and always smiling. In short, it's wonderful to still find establishments that are flawless in every way. Go without hesitation! Thank you for this wonderful evening, Le 34, and all the best. We'll definitely be back.

16/08/2026: We've been coming to L'Étable de Serre Chevalier restaurant in Chantemerle for many years, and despite the change of ownership, the welcome and service remain top-notch! The dishes are generous and particularly delicious. A loyal customer that always lives up to our expectations. I recommend this establishment 100%!
