In an exploration of French delights… Nice ambience, mostly furnished in wood, with interesting details. Excellent service - from the reception to the precise presentation of individual dishes, wine... and friendly service. The food was very tasty. My company and I chose 3 traditional dishes and really enjoyed tasting them (and 'eating' them). I recommend it if you will be near Briançon. We were very pleased to be greeted in our Slovenian language... A true miracle in France 😉. Otherwise, we communicated fluently in English, so don't worry if you don't know French.

We had a pierrade. Positive: tender meat Negative: too easy, industrial sauces, bagged salad, industrial “carte d’or” desserts, in short, not much homemade to differentiate yourself…

Very nice setting, nice service too, even though we are in the mountains I found the prices a little high (average quality/price ratio). Largely sufficient quantities to satisfy you after a good day of skiing! Children's menu at half price, that's nice.

Typical little restaurant! Great welcome especially with our 2 year old daughter! Raclette to share for two people, excellent and hearty! Reasonable price, I highly recommend!

Friendly specialty restaurant, the atmosphere is pleasant and the restaurant is bathed in its own juices. However, the service is very long and we were a little disappointed with the raclette which was rather bland.

Friendly atmosphere, excellent welcome, especially with our 3-year-old son. The pizzas are delicious and the tartiflette is tasty and light. The only downside concerns the price of drinks which are very expensive. Afterwards we are in a mountain station, it’s game on.

Chalet Hotel de serre ratier

25/02/2024: We had lunch at the Châlet this Friday. The dishes were excellent (butternut soup, banquette). However, we found that it was chilly ++ even though we would have liked to enjoy some good refreshing heat to warm us up...

02/09/2023: A gift on my hiking trails or family walks: the terrace offers a majestic landscape and sipping a coffee or a beer there feels like paradise. We would like the food to be a little better since we go up there by road from end to end and the supply is easier than in a refuge.
02/09/2023: The warmest service, an idyllic setting, nothing better to enjoy their well-deserved blueberry raspberry tart after a good walk.
