We've been coming to L'Étable de Serre Chevalier restaurant in Chantemerle for many years, and despite the change of ownership, the welcome and service remain top-notch! The dishes are generous and particularly delicious. A loyal customer that always lives up to our expectations. I recommend this establishment 100%!

Every year we're thrilled to see them again 🤩!! Warm and unique, A good raclette in August! It's possible, and it's SO GOOD 🤤!!!! The owners are lovely 🥰, the food is delicious! Come discover them or rediscover them, for a salad, a fondue, a raclette...🤤 we're in the mountains, it's L'ESTABLE!!!

Since the change of ownership, this restaurant has become a true gem! The welcome is warm, the service attentive, and the atmosphere even more convivial than before. You can feel a genuine desire to please the customers. The dishes are delicious, generous, and prepared with high-quality ingredients. Every meal is a true moment of pleasure in a magnificent mountain setting. An excellent revival that deserves to be celebrated. Congratulations to the new owner for her hard work and passion! I recommend this place without hesitation.

Thank you to Dorian for his warm welcome; the meal was excellent with very quick and friendly service! My friends and I had a wonderful evening and were able to taste and discover local specialties. There was absolutely nothing to criticize about the entire meal. Best of luck to the whole team!

A truly wonderful place in Serre Chevalier. The porcini mushroom fondue was excellent and generous, which we enjoyed with their beautifully presented vegetarian side dish. We couldn't resist dessert, though, and their pecan and exotic fruit tart of the moment was absolutely divine! The waiters and waitresses were incredibly attentive, and despite a busy Saturday night, the atmosphere remained pleasantly quiet. A special mention goes to the sparkling tableware, even though we were perhaps not the first to forget to stir the fondue for a little too long. Thank you for a lovely evening.

24/08/2026: Great experience! I had a truly delicious tomahawk, well-prepared and accompanied by an excellent sauce. To finish, the blueberry pie was a must-try. The owner is definitely an added bonus: very kind, attentive, and helpful. She also speaks Italian and made me feel at ease right away. Attentive service, a pleasant atmosphere, and excellent cuisine. Highly recommended, I'd gladly return!
22/08/2026: We went there last night to end our stay. On the menu: mountain burger, duck breast with blueberries, fondue, raclette, and "donkey ears" (a type of pastry). Everything was absolutely delicious. The raclette and fondue are served for one person, which I think is fantastic because most restaurants only offer these dishes for two or more. The desserts not only looked amazing but were also perfect. Not to mention the impeccable service from the waitress, who was incredibly attentive, welcoming, kind, and always smiling. In short, it's wonderful to still find establishments that are flawless in every way. Go without hesitation! Thank you for this wonderful evening, Le 34, and all the best. We'll definitely be back.

13/08/2026: A place to remember! We came as a group and had a very pleasant time enjoying dinner on the terrace. The menu is well-crafted, with a variety of dishes that can satisfy even the most discerning palates. Our plates all came back empty, and what can I say about the desserts... Go ahead and try them, you won't be disappointed! The terrace in the late afternoon is an experience not to be missed 😎
