To end the holidays, we went to one last restaurant, with a friendly waitress and simple but very well-prepared food. The oysters and mussels were excellent... The children's menu had a great selection, and the desserts were delicious... Nothing to complain about 👏👏 Have a great end to the season 🙂

A fantastic find in Marseillan-Plage. Le Loup de Mer is definitely one of those restaurants where you know from the very first minutes that you're going to have a great time. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. The waitresses were smiling, friendly, attentive, and truly caring. We were seated in a very pleasant, air-conditioned room, and the overall atmosphere was immediately reassuring: the other customers around us were all smiling and seemed to be having a wonderful time. The menu and the dishes being served made us want to try everything, but we ultimately opted for the set menus, and it was an excellent decision. For starters, we enjoyed incredibly fresh whelks and oysters, which were truly excellent. The shrimp were also very good, accompanied by an absolutely delicious homemade aioli. The main courses were of the same high quality. The mussels with Roquefort cheese were impeccable: all open, perfectly cooked, and above all, accompanied by a rich, generous, and flavorful sauce. Exactly what you expect from this dish. We also tried the homemade gravlax salmon, which was truly succulent, as well as the prawns, perfectly cooked and served with an excellent sauce. The cooking is expertly executed, the ingredients are fresh, and you can clearly taste the care and effort put into each dish. And the desserts brought the meal to a perfect close. Special mention goes to the chocolate mousse with Get 27 liqueur, which was simply phenomenal. Very original and frankly delicious. The crème brûlée was also excellent, as was the chocolate fondant. Another major plus: the pace of the service. No endless waiting, the courses flowed smoothly, and the staff remained attentive without being intrusive. We truly had a wonderful time from beginning to end. Everything was great, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the entire team was exceptional. You can feel the true family atmosphere of this place, simple in the best sense of the word, with a team that loves to host and, above all, food prepared with care. It had been a long time since we'd eaten so well in a restaurant. A place we wholeheartedly recommend and where we will gladly return.
