The food and service were excellent for the reasonable price... The decor is a bit dated; the planks surrounding the column would be more at home in a chalet, and the fireplace deserves to be highlighted... all of this contributes to the ambiance... it's up to you to decide...

A truly excellent set menu from start to finish, varied and original. A starter, main course, and dessert for 25 euros (in the evening!) with quality ingredients is a rare find. The service was also impeccable, with a very friendly and efficient waiter. A great place to eat in Pau, and we'll definitely be back!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant in Pau, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The food was absolutely delicious, prepared with authentic flavors that reflect genuine culinary tradition. Every dish was fresh, perfectly balanced, and beautifully presented.
