This lunchtime, I discovered this Lebanese restaurant called "Le Byblos," and what a pleasant surprise! It was my first time there, but my boyfriend has been several times and considers it his favorite place for Lebanese food—I now understand why he was so eager to go back. The owner was exceptionally kind enough to set a table for us even though the restaurant wasn't supposed to be open, a rare gesture that demonstrates a true sense of hospitality! We were received with great warmth and generosity. The dishes were delicious, bursting with flavor, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end! A truly enriching experience, both personally and gastronomically, that I wholeheartedly recommend.

A fantastic find! The dishes were delicious, fresh, and generous, with a variety of perfectly seasoned mezze. The staff is welcoming, attentive, and offers great advice. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, ideal for a meal with family or friends. Special mention goes to the hummus, the grilled meats, and the Middle Eastern pastries. I will gladly return.

Everything was perfect, from the welcome and explanations of the dishes and prices, to the wine recommendations and the flavors, from the presentation of the food to the smiles of the servers. A place not to be missed if you want to relax in comfort and enjoy a delicious meal.
30/07/2026: A fantastic restaurant in Tours. We had a wonderful evening there with a couple of friends. The food was flawless, from the tournedos Rossini to the French toast – absolutely perfect. Beyond the delicious dishes, the service was truly excellent. A warm welcome from a friendly and smiling team, discreet yet very efficient service. I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back.
