A truly wonderful discovery! The dishes were sophisticated, refined, and above all, surprising! A perfect spot for a romantic meal: the dining room is intimate, and the food is a genuine culinary journey. The ingredients are local, and the combinations of flavors are original, with unexpected pairings. We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary and were absolutely delighted with our meal. We chose the Pont Vieux menu, which included amuse-bouches, a starter, a main course, cheese, and dessert, for €51. In my opinion, the price is perfectly in line with the quality of the food and more than worth every penny. The staff is incredibly attentive, very pleasant, and offers excellent advice, which really makes the experience even more enjoyable. In conclusion, a truly wonderful restaurant in Espalion that I recommend without hesitation. We will definitely be back! 😊

I love the creativity of gourmet restaurateurs, all while maintaining a simple and friendly atmosphere. They'll also tell you about the city's history and suggest some unusual walks! A very attractive set menu. €51 for a starter, main course, cheese, and dessert. Refined, flavorful cuisine; the squab melted in your mouth. Clever touches like the cucumber sorbet. Warm staff, a quiet dining room, just steps from the shaded banks of the Lot River. A superb experience.
