Had the grand formule breakfast, omelette, croissant, capuccino, and fresh orange. Delicious and light! Strategic just outside the line 5 and 9 oberkampf station. Natural lighting is a beauty here.

Recently taken over by a motivated and smiling team, this place which from the outside might give the impression of providing continuous "low-end" service is in fact a warm place, where it is good to eat and have a drink . The dishes are homemade, I was able to taste their blanquette: a success!

04/04/2024: Super nice atmosphere, great staff and delicious food at a very good price
28/03/2024: We saw a show at the Bataclan and just meandered around after the show looking for a place that was open at 11pm. We found Chez Gaston and we were warmly invited in. It was a chilly night but we enjoyed their patio, cocktails, and delicious food. The filet de Beouf was tender and hearty. Drinks were superb. Service was fantastic. Our waitress couldn’t be more friendly and accommodating to two Americans. She did welcome me practice my elemental French too. 10/10 would recommend.

Boulangerie Poilane - Eiffel District

30/03/2024: Typical period bakery. Staff always helpful and available. Close to a park: which allows you to appreciate even more the products purchased in a setting that matches the high quality of Poilane!
