An absolutely extraordinary brunch at Le Millésime! There was everything you could want, with consistently high quality from start to finish. The welcome was pleasant and warm, making the experience even more enjoyable. A unique and much-appreciated touch: finishing with raclette – a real treat! Everything was perfect, and we left more than satisfied. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back! We'll be back with pleasure 😜.

A bar to recommend. Fast and friendly service. Wide selection on the menu. Products are not too expensive. A place that is both lively and peaceful. Splendid view of the stained-glass windows! Good company from the neighbors. To do again!

08/03/2026: We were looking for a really good restaurant. Troyes is very expensive, and due to mass tourism, the quality is only mediocre. At La Table de François, we received excellent service. Very attentive. The food was outstanding, innovative, and modern. We were delighted with every bite. And the price of €45 for a set menu was more than reasonable. We highly recommend this beautifully decorated restaurant.
15/02/2026: Friendly welcome. Decent food. Pleasant service. Good value for money. Perhaps a little noisy and lacking in privacy.

11/03/2026: Having lived in Troyes for over a year, this was my first time trying this restaurant, and I certainly wasn't disappointed! The breaded chicken burger and the risotto with duck leg were incredible. A big thank you also to the young waitress for her infectious good humor, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place!
09/03/2026: I think this meal will be a memorable one in my life, memories etched forever! The ambiance and decor are very well done.
