Little brunch with friends for my husband's birthday. Magnificent moment. The choice of food is top notch. Everyone found what they were looking for (oysters, whelks, raclette, savory tart, lost brioche…. In short, the total. The team is super friendly. We will come back with pleasure.

The best of the best for a brunch in Troyes! Friendly team and exceptional buffet! 25€ per person and it’s really excellent value for money. Pastries, pastries, cakes, chocolate mousse, salads, shrimp, whelks, oysters, salmon, a cheese platter, raclette, eggs and so on! An excellent address!!!

25/01/2025: An amazing place, staff and food. Moreover the historic building is exceptional and makes a meal out, a drink in the historic basement bar etc so unique and very memorable. Massively recommend!

14/09/2024: It was a discovery while passing through Troyes. Charming welcome. Minimalist but very well thought out decoration. What can we say about the meal... It was a delight from starter to dessert.. Beautiful presentation.. Time to taste each dish... without having the impression that the rest is already ready... What can we say about the price... A low price... Which is very rare to be highlighted, especially with this quality. A big congratulations...
14/09/2024: During our visit to Troyes we had lunch here: 2* starters and 2* main course. We chose the daily recommendations (surprise) fish and meat and were not disappointed - the food was excellent. Everything was right in terms of price - rather cheap for the quality. The service was very nice and friendly. We also liked the bright and airy ambience - another highlight in Troyes.
