Great dining experience. Good products, great combinations, great creativity. Great concern for agreements and complementarities of colors, tastes and textures, with cute little surprises. No fuss, no top chef, no long dish names. Charming staff, with a few small routing errors that we will happily forgive. The decor is nothing remarkable but that doesn't matter because happiness is on the plate.

Cozy and quiet place, they serve you a starter when you arrive, in our case it was crab, we didn't like it much. The dishes did not convince us, the foie was not bad, nor the meat, the rostis were very stale, we even had to ask to change one because they served it completely black, very burnt. The vegan tiramisu was very good.

Very good cuisine, very good products. Mediocre service…. A very nice young woman with glasses but a more than unpleasant “manager”. A total lack of know-how. We take a second bottle of wine without being tasted… We ask for the bill and the waitress stays nearby waiting for us to take the money out of the wallet…. Insisting stares from start to finish... yet we arrived at 7:30 p.m., having reserved, we left around 9 p.m.... nothing excessive. A restaurant that deserves to have service that matches the cuisine. Damage.

Voilà deux fois que nous nous rendons à l'hesperius Nous n'avons jamais été déçu, des repas avec des produits de saison, très bien harmonisé avec un service très agréable Nous avons jusqu'à présent testé le menu en hivers et au printemps. Nous reviendrons tester la nouvelle carte en été et en automne!

Un restaurant qui mérite d’être connu. Des plats délicieux, un service impeccable, un accueil chaleureux. Tout est rassembler pour vivre un petit moment de bonheur gustatif.

20/12/2023: The food is delicious, not much choice but it's always good, I really regret that there is no place to eat, that I can't sit warm in the middle of winter inside... Basically I miss the Muse one a lot and I go there less often as a result
24/11/2023: I had a sweet potato soup and a chocolate chestnut cookie to take away: both were simply delicious. For a very reasonable price. I highly recommend.
