A delightful restaurant where we thoroughly enjoyed our sweetbreads. Every dish is a culinary experience. The service was impeccable, attentive, and they took excellent care of the customer. A wonderful discovery!

For us Parisians, and adopted Burgundians, we're running out of excuses to go to Le Moderne! Whether with friends or a loved one, we always look forward to enjoying its cuisine, so rich in flavors, colors, and exquisite delicacy. A truly great gastronomic experience. We're still wondering what Michelin is doing to get that first star!

We had a wonderful time celebrating our 6th wedding anniversary. It was a bit noisy due to the walkways, but the clinking of cutlery against the plate was worth the experience. For 2 people with 1 bottle of wine.

The meal was delicious and refined, a small amuse-bouche with the aperitif, biscuits and nougat with coffee—everything was perfect. The staff was warm, the service attentive, and Ben, the owner, was very friendly. Keep up the good work.
