Mohammed is one of the best waiters I have ever met. He speaks 7 languages and has a great attitude! Not to mention the speed and the great service, definitely makes me want to come here again!

Amazing cheese fondue in a beautiful setting (we just wished the cheese stayed hotter and melted for longer!)

We ate very well, the service was great thanks to Mohamed who served us quickly, which was ideal for us with 2 children.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to understand that we needed to hurry to free up the table by 2 pm (it was already noon!!!). And the entire service was rushed. We barely had time to eat the four olives offered with our aperitif before they were removed for the main courses. And the whole meal proceeded like this. Even when it came time to pay the bill, the waiter rudely interrupted our conversation. The dishes were underwhelming (considering the prices).

I am leaving this review to help those who are hesitant due to negative reviews from Koreans. I think I visited about 10 times during my stay in Chamonix. My first visit was in early November 2024, during the off-season. Since the cable cars for Aiguille Midi, Midi, and the Brévent viewpoint were all under maintenance (I ended up walking up because of the cable car maintenance...), there weren't many guests. Perhaps because of that, all the visitors were locals, and I remember being treated very warmly, not only by the owner but by everyone else as well. They probably wondered, "Why are you coming during maintenance season?" or "Why is this Asian person visiting now?" I think I did, haha. Every time I went, they brewed coffee for me and served me some incredibly strong whiskey, which was a bit awkward, but I managed to force myself to eat everything they gave me, haha. I don't know if the owner, the staff, or the other customers who treated me so warmly will see this review, but I miss them all so much and I definitely want to visit again someday, haha. It was difficult to order the Raclette for two, so I am especially grateful to the elderly gentleman standing next to me who readily gave up his seat and let us share his favorite wine and other dishes, haha. When I visited again in June 2025 during the peak season, I didn't see the people I saw in '24, but the staff were still there, diligent and kind, haha. Unlike the off-season, the restaurant was busy, but I never felt that they ignored customers at all, and the food was still delicious. I am leaving this review to help those who are hesitating to visit. I think I visited this place about 10 times during my stay in Chamonix. Since both the Aiguille du Midi and Le Brévent cable cars were closed for maintenance (I was the one who actually hiked all the way up because of that...), the restaurant wasn't crowded. Because of this, almost all the customers were locals, and I still remember how warmly the owner and everyone there treated me 🥹. They were probably thinking, "Why visit during the maintenance season? Why is this Asian tourist here right now?" haha. Every time I went, the owner would make me coffee and even offer me shots of very strong whiskey—which caught me off guard—but I managed to finish every single drop they kindly gave me 🥹🥺. I don't know if the owner, the staff, or the warm-hearted locals will ever see this review, but I miss them all so much and definitely want to visit again someday haha. Also, since Raclette is a 2-person menu, it was hard for me to order alone, but I am especially grateful to the elderly gentleman sitting next to me who gladly made space for me, shared his favorite wine, and let me try other dishes with him. When I visited again during the peak season in June 2025, I couldn't see the people I met in 2024, but the staff were still just as hardworking and kind. Unlike the off-season, the restaurant was incredibly busy, but I never felt ignored at all, and the food was still absolutely delicious.

Nice place, prices above average, good presentation and delicious. Pay attention to the "dish of the day" it's delicious and every time something new and interesting

We came yesterday to try a delicious fondue 🥰 and we loved it! The servers were all so kind and helpful. We really enjoyed it. We highly recommend it. Plus, it's quieter than the main street in Chamonix. The music was almost too loud; it was nice and peaceful on the shaded terrace.

The food was really good especially the cheese fondue! The service was average however we met the waiter April she was very very nice and helped us on deciding what to order, special thanks to her!

The raclette was divine, thank you so much, nothing to add, it was perfect 👍
