I know the restaurant is closed for renovations, and there's also a change of address. I don't see the point in giving it a star. I support restaurant owners who are working. To those who are giving ratings when this restaurant is closed for renovations, they're completely off base! Be a little more logical and supportive of our restaurant owners. Besides, it clearly states that it's closed! 😂 🙂

On November 14th, a friend took me to this restaurant I hadn't been to before. What a pleasant, even wonderful, surprise! The exterior isn't much to look at, but the food, the service, the friendly atmosphere—it was absolutely top-notch! The dish was generous, beautifully presented, and above all, delicious, reminding me of the flavors of my childhood. The food reflects the owners: superb! I highly recommend it!

Top-notch restaurant, the service is efficient, even for a table of seven, everyone was served at the same time, and the food was hot. The quality of the food was remarkable, and it was plentiful! I recommend it, as did the entire table I ate with! We had reservations, so there was no wait at all! PS: A small suggestion: the table next to us was very noisy. Perhaps reduce the size of the tables to avoid such loud noise, which sometimes made it difficult for us to even hear each other!

22/11/2025: Excellent salted goat dish, very generous portion, the meat was very tender and flavorful. Quick and efficient service, friendly atmosphere. Suggestion for improvement: homemade vinaigrette would be appreciated for the salad.

25/02/2026: We arrived at closing time and they gentle accommodated us with a smile. Food was tasty, natural wine from Jurá was excellent and super good service. Family owned business that is worth a visit :-) 🙂
17/01/2026: As always, an excellent experience. Every month, my wife and I treat ourselves to a restaurant outing to unwind from the daily grind (work, children). After trying all the restaurants in Saint-Claude, this is the one we've chosen for our regular meals. The menu changes regularly, and the dishes are always of high quality. Regarding the prices, I don't understand the negative reviews: in our opinion, the value for money is entirely justified. For two people, the bill never exceeds €100, considering the quality of the food. It's important to remember that these prices include the work of the servers and cooks, overhead costs, and the quality of the ingredients. Finally, the service is always impeccable: we have consistently been warmly welcomed and served with professionalism and a smile. Keep it up. Mr. & Mrs. Lefèvre
