Definitely the best restaurant in Pamiers, especially considering the price. A charming setting. Authentic cuisine. Friendly welcome. A very pleasant experience. I'll definitely be making it my regular spot.

We came to celebrate my father's 85th birthday and it was wonderful from start to finish. A very warm welcome and excellent service. Well done on the new decor, thank you for everything!

08/04/2025: Excellent little restaurant specializing in Breton pancakes/crêpes. We are always very well received there. Traditional cuisine, fresh and quality products, and everything is homemade. The value for money is really good. I go there frequently when I'm passing through Pamiers and I've never been disappointed. I highly recommend.
