A great restaurant in Vaison! Been coming to this town for some years and this is the best place for great food and lovely evening that we have found. Really interesting cooking and knowledgable, friendly service. If you haven't been, go. If you have been, go again.

We had a very tasty meal. Very good, neat and friendly service. Nice wine list including good local wines. Choice of 2 menus, one with 3 possible dishes each and one fixed tasting menu. We took the menu and the dishes were all very tasty and well presented. Le Moulin à Huile is highly recommended. Compliments to the chef and thanks to the excellent service.

Restaurant, the cuisine is sought after, local products beautifully assembled to satisfy our taste buds the service follows perfectly between each dish if you are in the region don't hesitate.

we had dinner this Sunday evening, everything was extremely well presented and delicious. The service is provided by very professional and smiling staff. We love this place and come back often to dine there.

L’accueil, le cadre , avec la fraîcheur de la rivière, bénéfique par cet épisode de grosse chaleur, Les deux menus à des prix Correct , 39 € et 60 € , les plats sont délicieux et travaillés avec des produits frais. Un seul Bémol , le service , comme l’été dernier, il ne correspond pas au standing de ce bon restaurant, plusieurs fois le serveur passe les plats sous le nez des autres personnes attablés, il n’est sûrement pas du métier , dommage .

24/09/2024: What a great discovery, a dish that we didn't know, the boss managed to make us like the Blet and the spinach because the mixture is such a success, we won't forget this abomasum and what energy!!! The homemade dessert, like the rest, is a treat, only the salt is industrial 😂Always a little word with humor, a nice setting, great welcome, not to be missed, and if we're back in the area we'll come back ☺️👌👍
