It seems my first review has been deleted…
I acknowledge the quality of the food but regret the staff's lack of service and responsiveness regarding food allergies!
It's a shame because this lack of empathy completely killed my desire to return to this establishment, which is, after all, practically next door to my home…

And, for my eighth visit to this restaurant, which, for me, is the best in Vaison and the surrounding area, it was another flawless experience.
An excellent dinner: the ravioli were a delight. Refined cuisine and an elegant setting. The service provided by Tony and/or Jérôme was impeccable. The wine list was enticing. The Maison Jaume wine paired superbly with the Chef's ravioli!
After so many lunches and dinners at this restaurant, I am still just as impressed by this chef and his team!
I therefore highly recommend Le Moulin à Huile in Vaison.
I will gladly return very soon.

A very good restaurant in a pleasant setting with tasteful decor. The dishes are excellent and prepared with great skill. A wonderful discovery.
Be aware of the access: there is limited parking in front, and the stairs leading down to the restaurant are quite steep, making them unsuitable for people with reduced mobility. There might be another entrance, but I didn't see it.

The setting is lovely, at the foot of the old town and on the banks of the Ouvèze River. The welcome and service are very friendly and attentive. The dishes are deliciously prepared with fresh, local ingredients. The blend of flavors is wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal!

A delicious dinner at this welcoming restaurant where we enjoyed inventive cuisine made with fresh, expertly prepared ingredients. The welcome and service were extremely friendly and efficient. A good wine list at very reasonable prices. A truly pleasant experience and we will be back.

First, we received a very warm welcome from Tony, who then gave us excellent advice on the wines. A true enthusiast.
The meal was delicious and exquisitely refined. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in a friendly atmosphere.
What more can we say than that we were delighted and will be back very soon.
