Best restaurant in Vaison-la-Romaine! While on vacation, we stumbled upon this restaurant and what a find! The cuisine is delicate and thoughtfully prepared, with each dish featuring a touch of originality that complements the already delicious and indulgent creations. The meticulous attention to detail evident in the dishes is also reflected in the service, which is professional, gentle, and very pleasant. The atmosphere, both inside and on the terrace, is also very relaxing. Thank you for this wonderful discovery!

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal on the terrace of this lovely restaurant. All the dishes were beautifully presented, refined, and flavorful, with a delightful mix of textures. The homemade bread was delicious! Kudos to the young chef, whom we had the pleasure of congratulating.

Lunch, market day this week, set menu €22.90. The pea and asparagus tartlet was delicious, followed by black cod with spelt, and a pavlova for dessert served on a strawberry and rhubarb compote—I think it was superb. Incredible value for money, a must-try if you're in the area. Attentive service, a lovely experience, the kind you wish you could have in every restaurant, but unfortunately, you know the rest. Thank you, and I wish you continued success.

28/04/2026: Never judge a book by its cover - a jewel of a restaurant awaits at the bottom of the unprepossessing steps down from the road. Beautifully crafted food, exceptional quality ingredients and attentive, helpful waiting staff. A ‘must book’ restaurant with an outside terrace overlooking the river, that will be an added bonus on a warm summer night. We made do (sic) with the limited €42 menu (always a good sign for freshly prepared produce) and were reward with a delightful meal in the classic French style complemented by a bottle of excellent local wine. Not one to pass by for sure. Thank you for a most enjoyable evening.
