Passing through Vaison-la-Romaine, what a pleasure it was to stop at this restaurant! Free parking right across the street next to the tourist office, look no further. A very warm welcome, and the daily special was thoroughly enjoyed from start to finish. The ingredients were expertly prepared and beautifully presented. I highly recommend it. Congratulations, keep up the good work and delight our taste buds!

A wonderful culinary discovery. The dishes were excellent, with bold and original flavors. We opted for the €30 set menu, which looked very tempting. The melon starter was exceptionally good. The main course, while more traditional, was flavorful and light. The strawberry and olive dessert was as surprising as it was daring. My children also enjoyed it. A nice wine list and good soft drinks were also available. The setting was pleasant. Everything was there for a delightful experience.

Okay, so the champagne wasn't very good and not very chilled. But... the food is excellent: fresh, simple, and sophisticated, using seasonal ingredients. It's delicious and original. Very good value for money, friendly service... My only advice: go!

On a quiet but very warm day in Vaison la Romaine this place was a real treat. Innovative, flavourful dishes from entree to dessert. And an air-conditioned interior with lots of room. It's certainly not the standard tourist version of provencal food but makes inspired dishes from local ingredients. Spend a little more and get a real treat.
