Restaurant Auguet sur Vaison-La-Romaine

On a quiet but very warm day in Vaison la Romaine this place was a real treat. Innovative, flavourful dishes from entree to dessert. And an air-conditioned interior with lots of room. It's certainly not the standard tourist version of provencal food but makes inspired dishes from local ingredients. Spend a little more and get a real treat.

We were greeted by a discreet but very efficient waiter, and the meal, from appetizer to dessert, was delicious. Four Bretons who recommend this restaurant without hesitation.

A true delight from start to finish. Everything is homemade (even the bread) using fresh, local ingredients! The daily set menu (starter/main/dessert), considering the quality offered, is unbeatable in price and puts the competition to shame. We ate at this establishment several times during our stay, and we would have gladly returned if our vacation hadn't already ended... Until next time!

We've been to L'Amphore restaurant twice, and each time it was an excellent experience. The welcome is very warm; you immediately feel at ease. A huge congratulations to the two chefs and pastry chefs, Léonard and Alexis, for their professionalism and creativity. Each dish is superbly presented, with care and refinement. Their experience in Michelin-starred and gastronomic establishments is clearly evident in the quality of the food. A truly wonderful restaurant that we recommend without hesitation and where we will gladly return.
