What a joy it is to return to L'Amphore every time. The owners are delightful, and their food is excellent. New flavors are always on offer each week, and the reaction is always the same with the first bite: eyes wide with wonder at how delicious and flavorful it is. From the appetizers to the desserts, including the bread and the little biscuits that accompany your coffee, everything is homemade, prepared with care and care. A real treat! We will definitely return, always with the same pleasure.

A Saturday lunch that delighted us once again. On the menu today were delicate and excellent fried zucchini blossoms with baby zucchini, creamy stracciatella cheese, and white truffle—a true delight. The main course was also excellent: caramelized pork pluma with an original and flavorful side dish. Thank you to these two talented young men who brilliantly run this restaurant and are clearly developing their skills.

Excellent restaurant in Vaison-la-Romaine. Fresh and very well-prepared produce. Carefully presented. We ate the menu of the day (starter, main course and dessert) at a very good price considering the quality of the products. Fresh and surprising starter, fish and pork loin cooked to perfection. For dessert, it is worth paying the supplement to taste the Café Gourmand, all made by them, very tasty and varied (the amazing basil ice cream is worth highlighting). Agile and very friendly service. Highly recommended.
