A fantastic first experience at Moulin de la Galette! Reservations are highly recommended, especially for a Saturday night.
I had the Honfleur crêpe with truffled ham, scallops, and roasted squash. My friends ordered the "Bessin" crêpe with bacon, caramelized onions, and Camembert cheese, all accompanied by a glass of cider.
For dessert, the pistachio crème brûlée was delicious.
The staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere in the veranda overlooking the stream was lovely.

For the past four winters I have stayed in Bayeux for extended periods, and this is my favorite restaurant. I highly recommend making a reservation for lunch or dinner, it's easy to do so on their website and they follow up immediately. In my experience, the hospitality, the quality of the food and service, is stellar. I'm privileged to have become friends with the family owners and can promise you that they care deeply about the quality of their customers' experience, which is very important to me. Please don't miss a chance to dine here, c'est extraordinaire !!

After a minor mix-up with the reservation, which was quickly resolved, the galettes and crêpes were very good. The staff were welcoming and responsive. I recommend it. Nice place.

A crêperie just the way we like them… Deliciously crispy butter galette. Excellent regional products. Friendly, family atmosphere. The restaurant is located in a former mill by the water. I highly recommend this place.
