The food was delicious, offered as part of the set menu, with several choices for each course (starter, main, dessert). The portions were rather small. We opted for the starter and main course, but after the main course, one of us decided we wanted dessert. Upon asking the waiter, we learned that there was a twenty- to thirty-minute wait for desserts not ordered in advance. The service staff was polite and efficient. Unfortunately, there was no outdoor seating available.

A place I would recommend without hesitation! We were able to eat on the terrace and enjoy the view of the mill, the bridge, and the river, which added a touch of charm to the entire meal my partner and I shared. Inside, you can also enjoy a magnificent meal in a beautiful vaulted cellar. We opted for the €42 set menu and were delighted by the delicate flavors. This was accompanied by an amuse-bouche before the meal and petit fours at the end. The servers were attentive and very friendly. We will gladly return and recommend it to our family and friends.

A wonderful meal in a beautiful setting!
The set menu we chose consisted of a starter, a main course, cheese, and dessert, each course paired with a suitable glass of wine.
We thoroughly enjoyed Chef Sébastien's cuisine and highly recommend this restaurant in the charming village of Barbaste. Impeccable service and professional staff. Excellent value for money.

The setting is remarkable, in a majestic location. The chef's work is worthy of Michelin stars. Excellent ingredients are enhanced by harmonious, perfectly balanced, and subtle sauces and spices. Everything to satisfy lovers of fine dining. It has been our favorite gastronomic destination for the past five years.

We had a wonderful time at Moulin des Saveurs. The €20 lunch menu is excellent value for money, the dishes are beautifully presented and the flavors are spot on!
