A place I would recommend without hesitation! We were able to eat on the terrace and enjoy the view of the mill, the bridge, and the river, which added a touch of charm to the entire meal my partner and I shared. Inside, you can also enjoy a magnificent meal in a beautiful vaulted cellar. We opted for the €42 set menu and were delighted by the delicate flavors. This was accompanied by an amuse-bouche before the meal and petit fours at the end. The servers were attentive and very friendly. We will gladly return and recommend it to our family and friends.

A wonderful meal in a beautiful setting!
The set menu we chose consisted of a starter, a main course, cheese, and dessert, each course paired with a suitable glass of wine.
We thoroughly enjoyed Chef Sébastien's cuisine and highly recommend this restaurant in the charming village of Barbaste. Impeccable service and professional staff. Excellent value for money.

The setting is remarkable, in a majestic location. The chef's work is worthy of Michelin stars. Excellent ingredients are enhanced by harmonious, perfectly balanced, and subtle sauces and spices. Everything to satisfy lovers of fine dining. It has been our favorite gastronomic destination for the past five years.
