We had the opportunity to stop at Le Moulin during a romantic getaway to Belgentier, and this restaurant truly exceeded our expectations. The setting, located in a former 17th-century oil mill, is both charming and welcoming (bonus points for the small museum filled with relics dating back to the Second World War). The food, meanwhile, was simply sumptuous: the beef and duck were cooked to perfection. The combination of flavors was spot on, and the mushroom sauce was absolutely divine. The desserts delighted our taste buds with the perfect touch of sweetness to conclude this delicious meal. We have nothing but praise for the staff, who were warm, friendly, and attentive, providing us with prompt and flawless service. We look forward to returning on our next trip to the lovely town of Belgentier.
